本日、別便で発送して頂いた商品 : ●●●が届きました。
早速確認したところ他の商品は問題ないのですが、”BLACK CASHMERE”だけ、中身が違うオイルが入っていました。

私は仕事上、この”BLACK CASHMERE”のオイルが必要でずっと発送されるのを待っていました。
このオイルがないと、私の仕事にも悪影響が及び、顧客へも迷惑が掛かるので大変困っています。

この件は、問題が解決するまで引き続きPaypalへクレームを出し続けます。
早急な対応よろしくお願いします。

Today, I received the product XXX which you sent separately.
I confirmed immediately, I found that there are in the different oil in "BLACK CASHMERE" only, but there is no problem in the other items.

In my work, I have waited for this "BLACK CASHMERE" oil is shipped in need for a long time.
Without this oil, the bad influence is given to my work, and I cause any trouble to my customer, so I am very troubled.

On this matter, I continue to give PayPal complaints until being solved the problem.
