こちらを解決しようと書類は既に提出していますが、私はその商品が贋物と言われているのが信じられません
そこでこの商品を購入した人にメールを送り、その詳しい内容の調査にあたっています
ご質問なのですが、今回の訴えを起こしたバイヤー名を教えていただけますか？また訴えを起こせるのはバイヤーのみですか？

A customer has submitted the product authenticity complaints regarding ASIN B01LWMZ3Q7.
I have already submitted the documents to resolve it, but I cannot believe it is said that the item is a fake.
Therefore I sent an e-mail to the customers who bought this item to investigate it further.
Please let me ask a question, but can you tell me the name of the buyer who submitted the complaint? And can only buyer submit a complaint?
