I do apologise for any inconvenience caused in trying to place an order with Selfridges, I understand how frustrating this may be for you however we are unable to take any of your card details due to security reasons so we would be unable to place an order on your behalf.
However if you received any authorisation codes from the bank this would be helpful so that we can pass this over to the relevant department to be looked in to for you.
Alternatively if you received any errors and are able to provide a screenshot of this we will be able to look in to this for you.
