I do apologise for any inconvenience caused in trying to place an order with Selfridges, I understand how frustrating this may be for you however we are unable to take any of your card details due to security reasons so we would be unable to place an order on your behalf.
However if you received any authorisation codes from the bank this would be helpful so that we can pass this over to the relevant department to be looked in to for you.
Alternatively if you received any errors and are able to provide a screenshot of this we will be able to look in to this for you.

Selfridges でのご注文に際してお手数をお掛けしてしまいましたこと、誠に申し訳ございません。さぞかしお手間を取らせてしまった事と思っておりますが、確認したところ、セキュリティー上の問題の為、お客様のおっしゃるカード情報の詳細についてお調べすることがかなわず、お客様に代わって注文を確定する事は出来ませんでした。
しかしながら、銀行より認証コードの類が送られてきた場合には、それをしかるべき部門にお伝えする事で詳細をお調べする事が可能になるかもしれません。
他にもエラーメッセージのような物をお受け取りになった場合、そのスクリーンショットを見せて頂く事で詳細をお調べする事が可能になります。
