第９条（医療機関・提携内容）
当幼児園は、園児が急に発病した場合やけがを負った場合に、当幼児園が必要と判断した場合、医療機関に受診させることがあります。
また、園児のために、年２回の定期健康診断を実施します。

第１０条（契約の解除）
１　保護者は、保護者又は園児の事情等で当幼児園を中途退園する場合は、退園を希望する月の２か月前の月の末日までに退園届を提出の上、申し出ることとします。

Article 9( Medical institute・cooperation contents)
In the case kindergarten will diagnose the children need the care when they suddenly get sick or injured, we will take the m to medical institute.
Indeed, we will conduct the regular medical check twice per a year.

Article 10 ( Rescission of the contracts)
1 In the case the children will leave from the kindergarten because of the situations about the parents or children themselves, the parents have to submit the documents about leaving till end day of the 2 month before of leaving and declare.
