下記は、契約更新において、使い勝手が少し悪かったり古くなって修理が必要だったりする改善が必要な部分をまとめたものです。文章で解り難い部分は添付写真も合わせてみてください。

１）ガレージに置いてある古いガスレンジの撤去をお願いします。入居時に後日撤去すると言われ、そのままの状態。
２）2階バルコニー側窓の網戸が変形し外れてしまった。修理して欲しい。
３）2階の部屋からバルコニーに出る部分の床材が割れているので直してほしい。

And the below is the summary of the parts which need to be repaired or improved because the usability is a little poor or they have got old, In case the description is hard to understand, please refer to the pictures attached as well.

1) Please take away an old gas range left in the garage. I was told that you would throw away it, but it has been left as is.
2) The netted door of the window in the balcony side on the 2nd floor deformed and come off. I would like you to repair it.
3) Since the flooring material in the part from the room on the second floor to the balcony is broken, I would like you to repair it.
