添付は契約更新の書類にサインをしたものです。ご確認ください。
下記は、契約更新において、使い勝手が少し悪かったり古くなって修理が必要だったりする改善が必要な部分をまとめたものです。文章で解り難い部分は添付写真も合わせてみてください。

１）ガレージに置いてある古いガスレンジの撤去をお願いします。入居時に後日撤去すると言われ、そのままの状態。
２）2階バルコニー側窓の網戸が変形し外れてしまった。修理して欲しい。
３）2階の部屋からバルコニーに出る部分の床材が割れているので直してほしい。

1. Please remove the old gas cooker in the garage. I was told that it was going to be removed afterwards when I moved in, but it has not been removed yet.
2. The form of the screen door of the window on 2nd floor is changed and removed. Please repair it.
3. The floor where I go to balcony from the room on the 2nd floor is cracked. Please repair it.
