返事が遅くなってしまい申し訳ございません。
メッセージをした日に発送代行会社へ発送していたので
安心しきってしまい、気づくのが遅くなってしまいました。
荷物を発送代行会社に送る最中で、
配送トラブルがあり遅延してしまったようです。
明日中には必ず発送するので、
そうしたらネガティブフィードバックを変更してもらえないでしょうか。

I am sorry for my late reply.
As I shipped the item to the delivery agency on the same day when I sent a message to you, I had felt relaxed and I realized it very late.
It seems that there was some delivery trouble during the item was transported to the delivery agency, and the delay was caused.
As I will make sure to send the item to you, can you please change the negative feedback when i complete the shipment?
