この度はご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ございません。
私はこの商品をアメリカで複数の販売実績があります。
しかし今回のような取扱説明書への指摘はありませんでした。
コンディションノートにJapan Import!と記載していたので問題ないと思っていました。
私の説明不足でした。申し訳ございませんでした。今回は迷惑料として商品代金の半額を返金したいと思っています。

I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused this time.
I have several sales history of this product in the US.
However, I have never received any of the remarks regarding the user's manual as such.
I had thought it should not be a problem as it was stated on the condition note as Japan Import!
I admit it was the lack of my explanation, sorry. I would like to repay you a half of the merchandise fee as a compensation for the inconvenience that has been caused this time.
