この度はご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ございません。
私はこの商品をアメリカで複数の販売実績があります。
しかし今回のような取扱説明書への指摘はありませんでした。
コンディションノートにJapan Import!と記載していたので問題ないと思っていました。
私の説明不足でした。申し訳ございませんでした。今回は迷惑料として商品代金の半額を返金したいと思っています。

I though there was no problems with the records of Japan Import to Condition Note.
