商品自体の作りに関しましては大変きれいに製作しておりますので、
今回の件を改善して頂けましたら問題ないです。

※1入荷した全ての商品が写真のように砂まみれでした。

※2写真の赤丸内のパイプの隙間から砂が大量に出てきました。完全に砂を抜いてから納品するようお願い致します。

Please refer to the document attached, and please inform Infiniti after you confirm our request.

The finish of the product itself is great. The manufacturing is perfect if the issue this time is improved.

※1. As the picture shows, all of the items which just arrived were covered with the sand.

※2. A tons of sand came out from the gap of the pipe marked with a red circle in the picture. Please make sure to remove sands before the delivery.
