商品自体の作りに関しましては大変きれいに製作しておりますので、
今回の件を改善して頂けましたら問題ないです。

※1入荷した全ての商品が写真のように砂まみれでした。

※2写真の赤丸内のパイプの隙間から砂が大量に出てきました。完全に砂を抜いてから納品するようお願い致します。

*1. All the items received were covered with sand, which is shown in the picture.
*2. A large volume of sand was found at a space of the pipe within the red circle in the picture. Please send the item after removing all the sand.
