今、PayPalにお支払い頂いた資金が保留されており私の判断で返金ができない状況です。
PayPalからこの時期は荷物の配達が遅延することが多い為、あと10日程返金を待つように言われました。
あと10日程、返金をお待ち頂くことはできますか？
もし、あなたにとってすぐに必要な資金であればもう一度PayPalへ問い合わせ返金の手続きをお願いするつもりです。

I'm sorry to keep you waiting.
Right now, I have reserved funds which have been paid to Paypal but the situation is that I decided that the repayment cannot be made. Because there are many payload deliveries from Paypal which are extended in this season, they said that the repayment will have to wait approximately another 10 days from now.
Are you able to wait for the repayment for about another 10 days?
If you need the repayment immediately, I will make another enquiry to Paypal and request the repayment procedure.
