この件でトラブっています。
ebay様のお力をお借りしたく連絡させて頂きました。
このバイヤー様はオーストラリアのバイヤー様です。
事実とは異なる事を主張されており
ebayのポリシーにも違反していると考えています。
まず、商品が受け取れなかったみたいなのですが
これは関税に商品が止まっている為です。
私も何度も確認しましたが
バイヤー様が直接連絡しなくれば受け取れないとこ事でした。
この部分はこちらではどうにも出来ません。
