この件でトラブっています。
ebay様のお力をお借りしたく連絡させて頂きました。
このバイヤー様はオーストラリアのバイヤー様です。
事実とは異なる事を主張されており
ebayのポリシーにも違反していると考えています。
まず、商品が受け取れなかったみたいなのですが
これは関税に商品が止まっている為です。
私も何度も確認しましたが
バイヤー様が直接連絡しなくれば受け取れないとこ事でした。
この部分はこちらではどうにも出来ません。

I am getting in trouble about this case.
I would like to send message for asking the help of the person in charge of eBay.
This buyer is in Australia.
The buyer complains the matter which doesn't happen actually.
I think his or her claim violates the eBay's policy.
Firstly, s/he seemed not to receive the product.
This is because the item is stopped by the customs.
I have confirmed so many times, but they say the buyer will be able to receive it after s/he will contact directly to them.
I can not do anything on my side about this part of the issue.
