この件でトラブっています。
ebay様のお力をお借りしたく連絡させて頂きました。
このバイヤー様はオーストラリアのバイヤー様です。
事実とは異なる事を主張されており
ebayのポリシーにも違反していると考えています。
まず、商品が受け取れなかったみたいなのですが
これは関税に商品が止まっている為です。
私も何度も確認しましたが
バイヤー様が直接連絡しなくれば受け取れないとこ事でした。
この部分はこちらではどうにも出来ません。

I am in trouble regarding this issue.
I would like eBay to help me, so I am now contacting you.
This buyer is an Australian buyer.
He is claiming what is not the fact, and I believe it is against the policy of eBay as well.
First, it seems that he could not receive the item. But this is due to the fact that the item is held at the customs.
I also confirmed the customs many times, but they told me that the buyer cannot receive the item unless he makes the contact directly.
I cannot do anything about this.
