I was told you would contact me that day, however it was four days before I received correspondence back from you. And it was not of any assistance as I already had the tracking number and was following the package diligently. Thirdly, the details you placed on the item were incorrect. The weight, dimensions and estimated value of the item were incorrect, even though you had the exact figure I paid for the item at your disposal.
