怪獣フィギュアの開発費の支払い型に関して一部変更が発生いたしましたのでお知らせします。現在北米オフィスはホリデーシーズンでもあるので、当該商品の一部開発費用は今回までは今迄同様本社が一時立て替えてくれる事になりました。近日にデビットノートが東京の本社から届きます。取り急ぎ以下の金額と項目で発注書の申請をお願いします。

With regard to the payment of development costs of the monster figure, part of it was changed so I am letting you know. At present the North American office is in holiday season so part of the development cost of the said merchandise has been paid in advance for us by the head office just like it has done so far. The debit note will arrive from the Tokyo head office one of these days. I ask you to make a request for an order of the amount and items as soon as possible.
