11/18に注文しました注文番号603084が本日到着しました。
中身を確認したところ、9999を3個注文し、伝票には3個となっていますが、全く入っておらず、かわりに注文していない商品14-XPが3個入っています。14-XPは必要ないので、処分していいですか?また、返送する場合は、返送送料は御社が負担してください。

1013685を3個を至急手配ください。
今回納品されなかった商品は、いつごろ発送していただけますか?
できるだけ早くお手配ください。
どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

The products I ordered on November 18th (order# 603084) just arrived today.
When I checked the items, the products I ordered were not included, although stated on the receipt.
Instead of the three product 9999's that I ordered, there were three 14-XPs.
I have no need of 14-XP's, so if your company will not be covering return fees for these products, I will be getting rid of them.

Please send three products f 1013685, immediately.
When will the original products I ordered be delivered?
This is an inconvenience, and I would like this matter solved as soon as possible.
