11/18に注文しました注文番号603084が本日到着しました。
中身を確認したところ、9999を3個注文し、伝票には3個となっていますが、全く入っておらず、かわりに注文していない商品14-XPが3個入っています。14-XPは必要ないので、処分していいですか?また、返送する場合は、返送送料は御社が負担してください。

1013685を3個を至急手配ください。
今回納品されなかった商品は、いつごろ発送していただけますか?
できるだけ早くお手配ください。

The item numbered with 603084 which I ordered on November 18th arrived today.
I ordered three pieces of 9999 and the invoice says that there are three pieces in the package, but I found that there is no 9999 at all. Instead, three pieces of item 14-XP which I did not order were included. As I do not need 14-XP, can I discard them? If I need to return them to you, please cover the shipping fee.

Please arrange three pieces of 1013685 right away.
When are you able to ship the items which were not delivered this time?
