11/18に注文しました注文番号603084が本日到着しました。
中身を確認したところ、9999を3個注文し、伝票には3個となっていますが、全く入っておらず、かわりに注文していない商品14-XPが3個入っています。14-XPは必要ないので、処分していいですか?また、返送する場合は、返送送料は御社が負担してください。

1013685を3個を至急手配ください。
今回納品されなかった商品は、いつごろ発送していただけますか?
できるだけ早くお手配ください。

Today, I received the item of the order number 603084 which I ordered on November 18th.
As I checked the content, I ordered three for 9999 and there is written three on the invoice. However, there are actually no items for 9999 but three for 14-XP which I did not make a order, in stead. Since I do not need 14-XP, can I discard them?
And, in case that I will return the item, please pay the returning fee on your side.

Please deliver three for 10313685 as soon as possible.
When will you ship out the items which are not delivered this time?
Please arrange them as soon as possible.
