トラッキングナンバーで追跡したところ
確かに商品が郵便局へ持ち戻りとなっておりました。

今しがた該当の郵便局宛てに電話をし
弊社宛の再配達を依頼済です。
今日～明日中に、弊社に届く見込みです。

あいにく明日が祝日にて
郵便局が休業となりますため
