トラッキングナンバーで追跡したところ
確かに商品が郵便局へ持ち戻りとなっておりました。

今しがた該当の郵便局宛てに電話をし
弊社宛の再配達を依頼済です。
今日～明日中に、弊社に届く見込みです。

お客様へ宛てた商品の再発送ですが
あいにく明日が祝日にて
郵便局が休業となりますため
明後日11/24の発送となります

Regarding EMS

I tracked by tracking number and found that the item was returned to post office.

I just called the post office and has asked to send it to our company again.
It will arrive in our company today or tomorrow.

As for sending the item to you again, as it is a holiday tomorrow and post office is closed,
it will be sent on November 24th the day after tomorrow.

I hate to ask you while you are in a hurry, but appreciate your understanding.
