更新に際し、前回同様に5年間（2017年1月から2021年12月まで）の許諾をいただくか、または無期限での許諾をいただきたいです。
現在許諾をいただいております期限が2016年12月までとなっておりますので、その後も継続して利用できるよう、早目にお手配いただけますと幸いです。

In renewing the copyright, I would like you to give five-year approval (from January, 2017 to December, 2021) in the same way as last time, or to provide unlimited duration of approval.
The due date of current approval on the copyright is December, 2016. So I would be happy if you can arrange it as early as possible in order for me to use the copyright continuously after that.

Regarding the details, please refer to the mail the day before yesterday and its attachment file.
And, the document number of the consent agreement last time you approved is 10-29938.
