お客さんの国はドイツだと知り、２つお願いがあります。

ドイツのアイテム検査（税関）はとても仕事が遅く１０日ぐらい待たされる時もある。

郵便局員がストライキなどで仕事をしない。

私は去年　沢山ドイツに発送したがドイツでストライキの為Webで追跡も出来なくなり。
バイヤーさんから　たくさんの苦情を受けた　これだけは免責して欲しい

I brought the items you had purchased to the post office.

There are two things that I would like you to understand as you are in Germany.

Customs clearance procedure in Germany is said to be so slow that there are times that you need to wait for 10 days.
Post-office workers do not work while on strike.

I sent out a lot of items to Germany last year but they arrived there while they were on strike. It made tracking the shipments impossible.
A lot of buyers complained about the delay. I would like you not to blame me if the same happens.
