お買上げの商品は郵便局に届けました。

お客さんの国はドイツだと知り、２つお願いがあります。

ドイツのアイテム検査（税関）はとても仕事が遅く１０日ぐらい待たされる時もある。

郵便局員がストライキなどで仕事をしない。

私は去年　沢山ドイツに発送したがドイツでストライキの為Webで追跡も出来なくなり。
バイヤーさんから　たくさんの苦情を受けた　これだけは免責して欲しい

I brought the purchased items to the post office.
Now that I know you live in Germany, I have favors for you.
The customs inspecting imported items in Germany is very slow in their work and it can take about 10 days or so.
