次の商品について、落札されたのですが、お客様から支払いができないとの連絡を受けました。
支払い方法はペイパルです。

今回、初めて販売したのですが、システム上、不具合があるのではないかと考えています。
また、システムの不具合でなければ、私の登録方法や手続きに問題があるのかもしれません。
いずれにしても、調査の上、対処の方法について教えていただけないでしょうか。

This is my first time selling, but I think there may be a problem with the system.
