次の商品について、落札されたのですが、お客様から支払いができないとの連絡を受けました。
支払い方法はペイパルです。

今回、初めて販売したのですが、システム上、不具合があるのではないかと考えています。
また、システムの不具合でなければ、私の登録方法や手続きに問題があるのかもしれません。
いずれにしても、調査の上、対処の方法について教えていただけないでしょうか。

The item below was bid but I was told by the customer that it is not able to make a payment.
The payment method is PayPal.

This was my first selling but I think there is something wrong on the system.
If it is not a problem on the system, it might be my fault registering or something.
Anyways,please investigate on it and tell me how to seal with it.
