このブランドは、誰からも受注をもらっていません。お客さんは、秋冬での受注しか興味がありません。
私たちは、メーカーと契約する為に、季節毎に受注する必要があります。
在庫もあるけれど、前回と同じ条件と言う事で、受注を頂きました。
今回だけ、この条件で受注させて頂けませんか。次回から受注金額が少ない場合は、条件を変更します。
お客さんは、メーカーが持っている在庫から受注したいと思っています。
その場合は、今の時期に使用しているカタログから商品を選択してはいけないのですか。

We need to accept orders in every four season in order to make a contract with the manufacturer.
We received an order under the same terms and conditions from a customer in spite that the customer still have the stock.
Can you please accept the order under these terms and conditions only for this time? If the amount of money of the next order is small, then we will change the terms and conditions.
The customer would like to order items which the manufacturer has in stock of.
In that case, would it not be allowed for us to select items from the catalog which we are currently using?
