8月6日に新しいメモリーを受け取りました

届いたメモリーの作動確認をしてみましたがやはり、カーネルパニックが多発します
全く使用できませんので返金していただけますでしょうか。

内容
1.LOGICを使用中に必ず電源が落ちる。（アップル純正の8ギガメモリーでは通常に作動する。）
2.Remberのメモリーテスト中に必ず電源が落ちる。（1と3のスロット、2と4のスロットで別々にテストすると合格する。）

低電圧(DDR3L)でなければ正常に作動しないようです
着払いで配送してもよろしいでしょうか

I received a new memory on August 6.
Though I tried checking the working condition of the memory, I found that there were many cases where kernel panic took place. Could you refund me as I cannot use the device at all?

1. The power always shuts down while I am using the LOGIC (It normally functions with the Apple 8 Giga Memory.)
2. The power always shuts down while I am conducting a memory test of Rember （It goes well when it is tested with Slot 1 and 3, and Slot 2 and 4 respectively.)

It seems to work only under the condition of low voltage (DDR3L).
