日本はようやく梅雨が明け、夏本番です。お元気ですか？
お問い合わせいただいた件ですが、今週は当方が夏季休暇で不在だったため、Aさんに調べてもらいました。日本では、疾患Bの概念自体が定着しておらず、ご紹介できるようなガイダンス、ガイドラインはなさそうです。今週末、癌関連の国内学会に参加される方が、情報を得てくれるかも知れませんので、後日改めてご連絡いたします。

Regarding your inquiry, I have Mr. A investigate it because I was on summer vacation leave this week. In Japan, the concept of disease B itself has not been established, so it does not seem that there is any guidance and guideline which I can tell you about. The person who participates in domestic academic conference related with cancer this weekend might bring some related information, so I will let you know later if I get some new information.
