あなたの出品商品の画像はいろんなサイトの画像を使っているので大変わかりにくい。
同じ長さのアームとはどこにも書いていない。同じ長さですと言われても納得出来ない。
取り付けベースの長さも写真とは全く違うし返品扱いでないと困る。
返送送料はこちらで負担できない。返送送料は60ドルですので、交換分の追加代金30ドルとの差額30ドルを

No explanation describes that the same length of the arm is used. I cannot feel convinced just because I was told so from you.
The length of the attachment base is also entirely different from that shown in the picture, so that I strongly request you to issue a refund.
