あなたの出品商品の画像はいろんなサイトの画像を使っているので大変わかりにくい。
同じ長さのアームとはどこにも書いていない。同じ長さですと言われても納得出来ない。
取り付けベースの長さも写真とは全く違うし返品扱いでないと困る。
返送送料はこちらで負担できない。返送送料は60ドルですので、交換分の追加代金30ドルとの差額30ドルを
PAYPALにて返金して下さい

As you use product images from different sites, it’s hard to make them out.
It doesn’t say anything about the arm of the same length. I’m not convinced even if you tell me so.
The photo shows a different product with the base of a different length, so you should accept a return.
