出荷済の注番Aにつきまして、製品Bを追加注文したいです。出来れば、同じ製造番号で出荷して頂きたいです。
必要数量は23ｍです。
トータル23ｍ分あれば大丈夫ですので、複数の本数に分かれていても大丈夫です。
多少、合計のｍ数が多くなっても大丈夫です。
在庫状況をご連絡頂けましたら、すぐに注文書を送りますので、在庫確保をお願いします。

Regarding the item numbered with A which is already shipped, I would like to add product B to the order. If possible, please make shipment with the same production ID.
The quantity I order is 23m.
Total 23m will do anyways, so it is OK that they are separated to multiple pieces.
And, a little more than total 23m will still work.
Once you let me know about the status of your stock, I will send the order sheet right away. Please keep the stock for me.
