She had processed shipping completion prior to packing work.
She was slow at packing and there were many times when it took over a few days for her to do so.
Then she would input a tracking number through edit shipping a few days later.

I have decided to assign staffs whose work progress is slow different tasks other than packing.
For doing so, I expect no more shipping completion process to be done prior to packing.
