Just a small note: I think in the sentence "あなたが発送した荷物は予定期日が経過してもまだ私の手元に届きません" you have omitted the phrase 予定期日が経過しても as there is no phrase for it in your English translation. Take care next time! Other than that, your translation is accurate.
