自転車受け取りました。itemAのフレームサイズを小さくすることは可能ですか？
東京では条例で赤の反射板が必要です。こちらで用意することも可能ですが、できればそちらの満足のいくデザインのものを使いたい。

In Tokyo regulation, I need red reflector. I can arrange it but I would like to use yours as they are better design.
