楽しい旅行なのにこんなことになってしまって、心から申し訳なく思っています。

私は日本の良さを世界中に知ってほしくて、Airbnbのホストを始めたので、あなたにも私のおもてなしの心や日本の良さを本当に知って欲しかったです。

そのために、毎日お部屋は清潔に管理していましたしこのようなことが起こったのは初めてのことです。

本当に申し訳ございませんでした。
どうか、日本のこと嫌いにならないでください。

I started being a host of Airbnb so I could help people around the world be aware how splendid Japan is;
I wanted you to realize the spirit of hospitality in Japan and excellent Japanese culture.

That is why I kept the room clean every day, and this is the first time to have an incidence like this.
