"◯◯"とはどういう意味でしょうか？
私たちはサーバーをレンタルして使用しています。もしかしたらそれが原因でしょうか？
レンタルのサーバーなので、以前に別の誰かが使用していた可能性があります。
もしそれが原因であれば、別のアカウントとは無関係ですのでポリシー違反に該当しません。
本当に身に覚えがありませんので、どうぞもう一度ご検討下さい。
