"◯◯"とはどういう意味でしょうか？
私たちはサーバーをレンタルして使用しています。もしかしたらそれが原因でしょうか？
レンタルのサーバーなので、以前に別の誰かが使用していた可能性があります。
もしそれが原因であれば、別のアカウントとは無関係ですのでポリシー違反に該当しません。
本当に身に覚えがありませんので、どうぞもう一度ご検討下さい。

We use a server as rental. Is it a matter of that？
There is a possibility the other persons uses, because of that server is for rental.
If it is the reason why, it doesn't have to do with other account, therefore, it doesn't applicable to offense of a policy.
