先ず初めに、色々とご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ありません。

確かに人数が増えてしまったので、タクシーでホテルまで行きます。
ホテルまではタクシーで行きますので、当初約束していた１１時からどこかで待ち合わせしませんか？
ホテルのチェックインは確認しましたがやはり14時でした。

ビデオの件ですが、商用目的等では一切ありません。たいそうなものではなく、個人的なものです。
私が実際に商品を買ってくれたお客様と実際にお会いして楽しく話す内容を撮影して、私の仲間達に見てもらおうと思っていただけです。

It's a record of a meeting between me and a customer who has purchased our products. It was a very enjoyable conversation we had, so I just want to show it to my colleagues.
