丁寧に梱包して頂き、本当にありがとうございました。
しかし、僅か３ユーロでも送料の差額を返金して頂きたいです。
あなたは、インボイスに差額を返金するとあり、私はそれを信じて支払いましたので・・・！
それと、支払った１００ユーロは予算上、余裕があるものではありません。少しでも少ない方がいいのです。
