私のもとへFedExからメールは届いてません。

弊社ではFedExの航空便で、何度もこのアカウントナンバー利用して日本へ輸入してきました。
このような状況が始めてなので色々調べましたが原因がわかりません。
日本のFedExに連絡をしても、許可は必要ないと言われます。

アカウントナンバーの所有者は、私が契約している日本の転送会社です。
FedExからの許可が必要な場合は以下のメールアドレス先へ連絡してください。

どうにか、このアカウントを利用して発送できるように手配して下さい。

I have not received any email articles fro, FedEx.

We have imported items to Japan many times using this FedEx account number via FedEx air mail.
As we have never experienced such situation as this, we investigated as much as possible, but we are not sure about the cause.
Even when we contacted to FedEx in Japan, they told that we do not need permission.

The owner of the account number is a forwarder in Japan with whom we have a contract.
