備考: 商品不備クレーム対応
Thank you for the cotton. All 36 pcs were in the box and they arrived pretty fast, so thank you for that. But at least 30 packs are crushed on the bottoms. I did shoot a video from when I cut open the box. The box is in perfect condition. So they must have been packed in that condition. Are these junk packs that can't be sold in Muji stores? Please let me know what to do from here. Thanks..
