14.04.2016着だと、私達は検査と日本のカスタムが28.04.2016から長期の休みに入るので、引取りが28.05.2016になってしまうため困ります。もっと早くブッキングして下さい。
出来ないのなら、別の工場に発注しないと間に合いません。

If arrival is on 14.04.2016, our inspection and Japanese customs will be on long holiday starting on 28.04.2016, that makes collection to be on 28.05.2016 and this causes us a problem. Please arrange earlier booking.
If you can't do that, we have to order to another factory otherwise we won't be able to make it.
