今となっては大変悔やまれますが、当時は知的財産権に対する認識が非常に軽かったことにあると考えています。認識が軽かったゆえに出品し、警告を受けても改善できなかったのだと思います。
サスペンドにより私たちは認識を新たにしました。つまり今後は知的財産権を侵して販売活動をしてはいけない、という認識を持ち販売活動を行うこととしました。具体的には出品に際してブランドチェック担当者を置き、新規出品については全てブランドチェックを実施します。ブランドチェックで各ブランドに対して販売許可を得ます

Getting suspended made us realize it. That means, we are now aware that we should not sell items violating intellectual property rights in the future, and we will sell provided that awareness. In detail, we will assign person in charge of brand check for listing, and we will check all brands for new listing. Upon brand check, we will obtain sales permit for each brand.
