私は発送代行業者に依頼しているのですが、
彼らが発送先を誤ってしまい今回このような遅延と混乱を招いてしまいました。
もし今週末届かなければ商品代金を全額返金させていただきます。
もしその後商品が届きましたら大変お手数おかけいたしますが、返送していただけますでしょうか。
楽しみにされていたところ、このような事を招いてしまい大変申し訳ございません。
