原因は、Price&Quantityファイルを一部間違えてアップロードしてしまいました。そのため、一度販売し売り切れてしまった商品データを再び在庫ありとしてしまいました。
私たちは今回のミスを反省して、スタッフ全員で話し合い、データファイルの管理方法について確認しました。
今後このようなことがないように努力いたします。
今回はお客様に大変ご迷惑をおかけしたことを申し訳なく思います。
とてもすみませんでした。

The reason for that is that we uploaded a Price & Quantity file that had a mistake in it. Because of that the items that we have run out of were listed as available in stock.
We repent for our mistake. We have talked to all of our staff and reviewed our data file management procedures.
We will do our best to make sure this doesn't happen again.
We apologize for all the terrible inconvenience we've caused.
We are very sorry.
