現在ERは調子よく動作しています。
しかし急に治ってしまい、正確な不具合箇所を特定ができなかったので
また動作しなくなる可能性が非常に高いです。

多発しているERの不具合による、顧客対応や送料などのコストを考えると
交換用のERを1台無料で提供して欲しいです。
コントローラーに不具合はないと思うので不要です。
送料は当社が負担します。

さらに、当社在庫としてER2を1台注文します。
SN2.1とHF101も注文します。
これらの商品と一緒にERも発送して欲しいです。

it is highly likely to stop working again.

We considered the cost for handling the customer and shipping charge
that is caused as a result of defect of the ER, which frequently occurs,
I would like you to provide me 1 ER used for exchanging at free of charge.
As there is not defect at controller, it is not required for it.
We will pay for the shipping charge.

We order 1 ER2 as our inventory.
We also order SN2.1 and HF 101.
Would you send these items with ER?
