As I was applying for a doll-sales permit in Japan, I did not realize the message.

Have received the new doll, but TPE glue and the heating rod were not packed together with it.

All 3 items should be in the package, otherwise consumers will complain.

Please inform in case the package is not complete, otherwise I get blames from upset customers.
